At Herds Of The Fathers we take great pride in the products that we sell. Every product is inspected prior to shipment and we are certain that it will meet your standard. If in any case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, just email us. We will give you a full refund or do an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. The item returned must be in the same condition as it was sent otherwise we will not approve a refund.
Please make sure you notify us before returning an item in order for us to give you proper instructions. All returned items should also have a tracking number that is traceable. All returns should be sent through USPS, UPS, DHL, or FEDEX. We will not be responsible for any package that is lost or stolen.
Merchandise returned after the 30 day limit will only receive a store credit. .
We will accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as it was sent, unused and in brand new condition. To perform an exchange, please email us.
We will repair any product that has not been damaged by abuse or misuse. We offer a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase on every product. We care about your experience with us and we want you to keep shopping with us. Also remember that leather will wear from use over a period of time and distress is commonplace when it comes to leather goods. We will inspect the product upon return and if it’s a defect from us, we will gladly repair it. If not, we will send it back to you as is. Please email us if you would like to return an item.
